At Xp Computers, we stand behind the quality of our products. Warranty is provided by the manufacturer, supplier, or distributor and covers only manufacturing defects within the specified period.

Key Points:

  • Keep your invoice and warranty card; these are required for any claim.

  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage, software issues, electrical surges, or consumables like cables, adapters, or printer cartridges.

  • Inspect your product immediately—warranty starts from the invoice date.

  • Processing time: 3–6 weeks. Replacement, repair, or upgrades are handled by the manufacturer.

Special Notes:

  • Used hardware: Inspect before buying.

  • PCs: Warranty void if case opened or components modified without approval.

  • Screens: Dead pixels or dots are not covered.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted if:

  • Returned within 3 days of purchase

  • Product is sealed, unused, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or damaged products

  • Backordered or special-order items

How to Return:

  • Email zulqarnainkhan1211@icloud.com within 3 days with order number and proof of purchase

  • Follow the instructions for shipping the item back

  • Customer covers return shipping

Refunds:

  • Issued after inspection and approval, via your original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
